From the Editor
We’re very eager for submissions from everyone, especially teens. It’s easiest to break in by reading the archives and covering a previous topic with a new twist.
Submit
You may submit all submissions to Debra Weiss using the contact form. Please use the word ’submission’ as the subject line as this keeps your email from getting incorrectly marked, causing a further delay in my response.
You can submit a completed article but I prefer to receive a brief email message stating who you are and what topic you’d like to write on. Since we’re working months in advance, this is the best way to ensure you don’t submit something we’re already covering.
I strive to respond to every submission with 2-4 weeks. If you haven’t heard back in four weeks, feel free to send a short email about your submission. Thank you for submitting to Today’s Teen Writer.
My name is Debra Weiss and I’m the editor of Today’s Teen Writer. The only thing I enjoy as much as writing is writing about writing.
